Role provides BD support to grow GovCon opportunities focusing on top-of-funnel activities, including prospecting and pipeline development within DoD and federal markets.

  • Identify and contact potential teaming partners
  • Qualify and track new opportunities in DoD/federal marketplace
  • Execute proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Review solicitations and identify strategic opportunities
  • Support full lifecycle responses (Sourcing, RFIs, RFPs, Task Orders)
  • Draft and format proposal content
  • Conduct compliance reviews
  • Manage documentation and dashboards

Experience leveraging GovWin, GovDash, and GSA platforms to identify opportunities; ability to draft compliant responses and manage RFP/RFI processes.

The ideal candidate is a GovCon-focused BD specialist with DoD and federal contracting experience, strong proposal coordination, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities through the full lifecycle.
