Manager of Organizational Effectiveness responsible for driving performance improvement, CAP/CAPa, and safety culture initiatives at a clean energy center with NRC and INPO interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Leadership in strategy and CAP; Identify change agents; Oversee performance improvement program; Analyze site performance data; Mentor staff
Technical Overview
Leads CAP/Observations programs, uses INPO guidance, and collaborates with leadership to close performance gaps and improve operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior/lead organizational effectiveness leader with nuclear/industrial experience, capable of driving corrective action programs, safety culture initiatives, and performance improvement across a clean energy center.
