Senior BI/Analytics Manager responsible for stability, performance, and modernization of Henry Schein's BI platform; partners with IT and external consultants to deliver scalable analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

BI Platform Operations & Technical Execution: ensure reliability and integrity of BI platform
Analytics Delivery & Business Partnership: translate needs into analytics solutions
Platform Enhancement & Modernization: expand dashboards and data models
Data Governance & Continuous Improvement: enforce standards and data quality
Partner with external consultants on large initiatives

Technical Overview

Hands-on BI stack including Power BI, Tableau; ERP/CRM data consolidation (Workday, PeopleSoft); data governance and quality control; cross-functional collaboration for revenue and operational insights

A senior BI leader with 8+ years in analytics, hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau, ERP/CRM data integration, and strong stakeholder partnerships in healthcare or multi-entity environments.
