BI Engineer supporting AWS Support SPI by building dashboards, reports, and analytics; translating business questions into data-driven solutions and enabling scalable analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards that enable business insights and support business review mechanisms
  • Define business problems with stakeholders and deliver minimum lovable products in days/weeks
  • Deliver dashboards, analysis, and predictive models in an Agile environment
  • Collaborate with analysts, data engineering, and finance to deliver analytics insights
  • Retrieve and analyze data from database tables and understand a broad range of data resources

Technical Overview

Develop dashboards and analyses in SQL-based environments using Redshift/Oracle/NoSQL; visualization in Tableau/Quicksight; ETL processes and data modeling; scripting in Python/Java/R.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data-driven BI engineer with 1+ year of experience, strong in data visualization and SQL, and able to integrate Redshift/Oracle/NoSQL data sources to support Enterprise Support SPI objectives.
