About this role

This role helps shape Amazon Key by building analytics systems, KPI reporting, dashboards, and scalable data pipelines. You will analyze data to inform strategy and produce findings for both technical and less-technical audiences, including enabling AI-powered self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategic objectives via analytical insights
Design and implement complex, scalable, high-performance data pipelines and models
Build reports and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover patterns and trends
Implement AI-powered self-service analytics tools and build GenAI compatible datasets and knowledge assets

Technical Overview

You will use SQL to create and optimize table structures, identify KPIs, and analyze data. You will design and implement complex, scalable, high-performance data pipelines and models and build dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling and supporting GenAI-compatible datasets and knowledge assets.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Business Intelligence Engineer with 3+ years analyzing data, building KPI-driven reporting, and designing scalable data pipelines and models. They are strong in SQL and have foundational knowledge of Gen AI, with experience building dashboards in Amazon QuickSight and turning analyses into recommendations for less-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
