About this role
Amazon Leo is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to build analytics for the Leo Global Customer Operations team. The role focuses on data infrastructure, analytics products, self-service reporting, KPI measurement, and insights that improve customer experience and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build analytics across Customer Service and Field Operations
- Own data gathering, manipulation, synthesis, modeling, and insight communication
- Develop key metrics and KPIs for performance measurement
- Build self-service reporting platforms and automated data analysis
- Define analytical approaches and metrics strategy using statistical modeling
Technical Overview
Build and manage data infrastructure and analytical tools, write high quality queries for ongoing and ad-hoc requests, and use statistical modeling to measure KPIs. Develop metrics and performance indicators, automate large-scale data analysis, and deliver self-service reporting platforms for operational teams.
