About this role
Amazon is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for the TOM Central Program Data Infrastructure team. The role focuses on building scalable, automated analytics and AI-ready data infrastructure to power self-service insights, dashboards, and AI-enabled operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and build scalable, automated reporting and analytics solutions
- Develop AI-ready data models and datasets for AI-enabled insights
- Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into data-driven solutions
- Design and optimize robust, cost-efficient data pipelines and metrics frameworks
- Build and evolve business-critical dashboards and KPIs
Technical Overview
You will design and evolve AI-ready data models and datasets, enforce data governance and data quality, and build cost-efficient, robust data pipelines across the end-to-end data lifecycle. The work includes metrics frameworks, business-critical dashboards and KPIs, and automation to accelerate insight generation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Business Intelligence Engineer who deeply understands data modeling and large-scale dataset design for AI-ready analytics. They build scalable reporting, self-service dashboards, and cost-efficient data pipelines while enforcing data governance and data quality across the end-to-end data lifecycle for TOM Operations and Amazon Transportation.
