About this role
This role supports ComEd’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Energy Efficiency programs by contributing to channel management, marketing execution, and performance tracking. The program manager will assist with program initiative development, implementation, and evaluation while providing analytical and quality assurance support for marketing/outreach and vendor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support energy efficiency program communication and outreach including marketing and event planning and tracking.
- Manage contractor inquiries related to outreach, marketing, CRM (Salesforce).
- Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating program initiatives and process improvements.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze outreach and marketing strategies and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide analytical, operational, and quality assurance support across marketing, outreach, and vendor activities to meet portfolio goals and regulatory expectations.
Technical Overview
The job requires program execution support backed by data analysis using Power BI, alongside customer/marketing CRM operations in Salesforce. It emphasizes tracking campaign/outreach performance, producing reporting insights, and translating business objectives into project charters and measurable performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an E02 Program Manager who has supported commercial and industrial energy efficiency program delivery through channel management, marketing execution, and performance tracking. They bring hands-on experience with data analysis and dashboarding/reporting in Power BI and CRM management with Salesforce, translating business objectives into actionable workplans, project charters, and performance metrics.
