About this role

Capio Group is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to support business analysis services for an IT Systems Modernization project, focusing on planning activities and PAL Stage 4. The role includes legislative analysis, change control incorporation, documentation, and helping prepare for Solution Integrator onboarding and subsequent implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and incorporate changes via the project’s change control process
Support project planning activities including solution solicitation and CDT PAL Stage 4 deliverables
Conduct implementation preparation (repositories, artifacts, tools, policies, processes) and ramp-up planning for solution vendor
Conduct effective project management through remaining PAL stages and provide project management support
Assist with Solution Integrator (SI) Request for Proposal (RFP) development

Technical Overview

The analyst will perform structured business analysis work on IT project planning, including Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) Stage 4 deliverables and documentation. Responsibilities include legislative analysis, change control processing, repository/artifact/tool/policy/process updates, and contributing to Solution Integrator (SI) RFP development and proposal evaluation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior business analyst with 5+ years applying analytical processes on IT projects, including at least 3 years in business systems analysis and design. They have hands-on experience with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) Stage 4 deliverables, legislative analysis, and change control, and can support Solution Integrator onboarding and RFP evaluation for complex IT modernization work.
