About this role
Partner with business teams to design and implement analytics-driven data solutions across the insurance business. Build value-based analytics, data integration, dashboards, and reports to meet evolving business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops complex analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or strategic initiatives
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify analytics requirements
- Liaises between IT, data science/R&D and Product Management for analytics models and data solutions
- Develops and implements enterprise-wide data integration strategies using data marts and data warehouse applications
- Creates detailed documentation and business plans; develops dashboards and reports to meet business demands
Technical Overview
Focus on analytics and data solutions using SQL, Excel, and Power BI; work with data warehouses/marts and liaise with IT and data science; support UAT and testing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level data analytics professional with 3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance domain, strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI capabilities, and a proven ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
