About this role
This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business processes and translating requirements into system solutions. The Business Systems Analyst supports implementations, upgrades, and integrations, and ensures success through UAT and change management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into system requirements, use cases, and process flows
- Analyze current systems/workflows and recommend improvements
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations through deployment
- Run user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management (training, rollout plans, communications)
Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on requirements-to-deployment support for system enhancements, including documenting functional and technical requirements, creating use cases and process flows, and producing test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT). The analyst works with developers, architects, and vendors to implement solutions and validate that requirements are met.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Business Systems Analyst who can act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. They are skilled at gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, translating business needs into use cases and process flows, and driving solutions through implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
