Veeva is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for HR Apps to support Employee Success HR technologies, primarily Workday HCM. The role focuses on understanding global processes, capturing requirements, and delivering solutions across HR platforms, with emphasis on Workday configuration, integrations, and end-user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global ES teams to implement HR solutions
- Develop and document business, user, process, and system requirements
- Lead design, configuration, and testing in Workday HCM
- Build integrations with other platforms
- Provide product support, manage escalations, and conduct end-user training
Technical Overview
