Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements
Map user stories to features
Refine backlog
Document data flows and ETL mappings
Mentor junior team members

Technical Overview

Stack includes Oracle Fusion ERP, EDMCS, OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), SQL, data mapping/modeling, UAT, Jira/ADO, SharePoint; architecture spans ERP integrations and data governance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level business systems analyst with hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience, strong SQL and data mapping/modeling skills, and a proven ability to drive UAT and integration projects in a fintech environment.
