About this role
Leads intermediate to large-size capital construction projects using formal project management methods. Owns scope, scheduling, estimating, engineering coordination, cost/change control, and ensures closeout and documentation are completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops project scope and coordinates specialists for project schedule, cost estimates, and engineering specifications
- Ensures completion of engineering, design, installation, testing, commissioning into service, and project closeout
- Manages project expenditures and procurement (labor, equipment, materials) including bid meetings and supplier selections/evaluations
- Supports daily on-site construction management with contractors and service providers within approved budget
- Tracks and communicates scope, schedule, and budget performance to stakeholders
