Capital Project Manager (PMO - Combined Cycle)

Leads intermediate to large-size capital construction projects using formal project management methods. Owns scope, scheduling, estimating, engineering coordination, cost/change control, and ensures closeout and documentation are completed.

• Develops project scope and coordinates specialists for project schedule, cost estimates, and engineering specifications
• Ensures completion of engineering, design, installation, testing, commissioning into service, and project closeout
• Manages project expenditures and procurement (labor, equipment, materials) including bid meetings and supplier selections/evaluations
• Supports daily on-site construction management with contractors and service providers within approved budget
• Tracks and communicates scope, schedule, and budget performance to stakeholders

Coordinates work across engineering/design, installation, testing, commissioning into service, and project closeout. Manages procurement, bid meetings, supplier selections/evaluations, and contracting strategy to maintain approved budget while providing stakeholder status updates.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level capital project manager who has successfully delivered intermediate to large capital construction projects using formal project management methods. They are responsible for scope, scheduling, estimating, engineering coordination, cost control, change control, and full project closeout. They communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage on-site activities with contractors and service providers to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
