Capital Project Manager (PMO - Conversions Northwest)

Responsible for delivering intermediate to large-size capital construction projects using formal project management methods. Leads scope development, scheduling, estimating, engineering coordination, cost/change control, and ensures proper closeout and documentation.

• Develops project scope and coordinates specialists for schedule, cost estimates, and engineering specifications
• Ensures engineering, design, installation, testing, commissioning into service and project closeout
• Manages project expenditures and procurement of labor, equipment and materials, including bid meetings and supplier selections/evaluations
• Supports daily management of on-site construction activities with contractors and service providers
• Meets key performance metrics (scope, schedule, budget) and communicates project status to stakeholders

Manages engineering/design through installation, testing, commissioning into service, and project closeout. Coordinates procurement, bid meetings, supplier evaluations, and contracting strategy to keep projects within approved budget while communicating status to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level capital project manager who has led intermediate to large-size capital construction projects using formal project management methods. They can manage scope, schedule, cost, change control, and closeout while coordinating engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning, and communicating status to stakeholders. Experience working with contractors, bid meetings, and supplier evaluations is essential for delivering projects within approved budgets.
