The role strengthens structured capture inputs into proposal-ready strategies, contributes to live proposal content, and briefs leadership on capture readiness and bid-and-proposal investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capture efforts for Federal Health IT and Cyber opportunities ($10M–$50M+ TCV)
- Own the capture from qualified opportunity through proposal submission
- Refine and mature solutioning and capture artifacts with the solution architect
- Execute win theme and ensure pricing strategy alignment
- Prepare and brief formal capture plans, capture readiness, and B&P investment recommendations
Technical Overview
This is a federal capture/proposal leadership role centered on maturing solutioning and capture artifacts for HHS stakeholders (HRSA, NIH, CDC, HHS OCIO). The work emphasizes alignment across customer needs, evaluation criteria, delivery reality, and pricing strategy, culminating in proposal submission readiness.
