Remote Care Support Specialist I role in Nevada focused on providing a seamless service center experience. You will manage high-volume calls, handle time-sensitive HR and care requests, perform accurate data entry, and support caregiver and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound service center calls for HR and care requests
- Input accurate data entry of sensitive information
- Conduct status and record reviews to ensure service delivery and compliance
- Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time sensitive inquiries and escalations
- De-escalate dissatisfied customers and provide patient assistance and support
