About this role
This remote role supports patients, caregivers, and health plans by managing high-volume service center calls and processing care and HR-related requests. You will handle escalations, perform status reviews, maintain service quality metrics, and ensure accurate data entry while meeting service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound service center calls
- Handle HR inquiries and process patient/health plan care requests
- Perform status reviews and record reviews for service delivery and compliance
- Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans via phone, SMS, and emails
- De-escalate dissatisfied customers and meet service level agreements
