About this role
Case Manager, Crew Relations conducts sensitive employee relations investigations from intake through final documentation and recommendations. The role supports employee engagement by advising stakeholders and guiding disciplinary and performance-related decisions while handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently conduct end-to-end investigations (intake, interviews, evidence analysis, documentation)
- Formally respond to sensitive concerns/allegations per internal processes and/or external agencies
- Debrief People Business Partners and leadership on investigation findings
- Track and report on Crew Relations actions; recommend solutions
- Consult with crewmembers and managers on disciplinary actions, performance, and policies
Technical Overview
This role is centered on HR/employee relations investigative workflows, including intake, interview leading, evidence gathering and analysis (electronic and physical), and formal documentation of findings. It also requires working knowledge of HR technologies such as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and a case management tool, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level HR/employee relations professional with at least 1 year of experience conducting end-to-end investigations. They are strong in handling sensitive allegations (EEO, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment) and have working proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS/case management tools. They can independently manage intake, interviews, evidence analysis, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
