About this role
Remote WIOA Case Manager (Part Time) responsible for coordinating client enrolment and services in the One-Stop System. You will assess eligibility, enroll clients in WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies while meeting performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and enrol clients in WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs
- Determine program eligibility based on state and local guidance
- Network and develop relationships with community leaders and service organizations
- Follow policies and procedures to enroll clients while obtaining required documentation
- Ensure contract performance objectives and compliance with client, state and federal policies and procedures
Technical Overview
The role is centered on case management operations with proficiency in office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and strong documentation practices. It requires tracking and managing eligibility/enrolment workflows and maintaining compliance across multiple policy layers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a case management professional with 3-5 years of experience in workforce development, staffing, or sales of services, and strong outcomes ownership. They can manage WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth enrolment, maintain compliance with client/state/federal policies, and clearly communicate in both verbal and written forms.
