The Casino Service Technician performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting/repairs for casino gaming equipment across a designated territory. The role includes documenting incidents and maintaining technical logs while serving as a primary customer point of contact.

- Perform preventive maintenance on EGMs
- Troubleshoot and repair games and associated systems
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and update products at casino locations
- Document incident reports and maintain maintenance records
- Update and manage daily/weekly technical logs
