About this role
Category Manager, IT Procurement leads sourcing and category management initiatives across indirect spend categories. Partners with stakeholders to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and contract governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFx development, supplier evaluation, contract execution)
- Develop category strategies for indirect spend (IT, professional services, facilities, marketing)
- Lead supplier negotiations and renewals
- Collaborate with business units, finance, and legal
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and supplier performance reviews
Technical Overview
End-to-end strategic sourcing, RFx processes, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and supplier relationship management for IT-related indirect spend.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior category manager with 7+ years of indirect IT procurement experience, strong in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and CPSM/CPM preferred, with demonstrated stakeholder management and supplier performance oversight.
