Local Class A CDL driver role supporting daily, home-daily delivery routes to customers. The position focuses on safe driving, careful unloading, verifying deliveries with signatures, handling collections when applicable, and performing required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer using two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
