This role provides end-to-end operational administration for an organic certification program, supporting both internal client delivery teams and external clients. You’ll process inspection reports and renewal applications, monitor certification eligibility and changes, maintain accurate client records in a database, and manage adverse action communications.

  • Provide administrative support to the client delivery team, coordinate meetings, and distribute agendas and notes
  • Process inspection reports and renewal applications
