Charge Nurse / RN / Registered Nurse / PACU / FT

This role is a Charge Nurse position responsible for shift accountability for planning and delivering nursing care. The RN coordinates multidisciplinary team activities, leads nursing staff, and ensures compliance with safety standards and service excellence.

• Assume shift responsibility and accountability for direct and indirect nursing care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate an age-appropriate plan of care using the nursing process
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and direct/facilitate nursing staff for safe outcomes
• Assess patient safety risks and implement appropriate precautions per approved standards
• Maintain leadership excellence with delegation, feedback, and accountability for staffing

This is a clinical nursing leadership role focused on using the nursing process, age-appropriate care planning, and patient centered care principles. It includes patient safety risk assessment, implementation of precautions, and unit-level staffing accountability.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has experience coordinating shift responsibilities and planning direct and indirect nursing care. They demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and service excellence while assessing patient safety risks and implementing appropriate precautions.
