About this role
Assist the Sr. Chef Tournant and Chef de Cuisine with day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure the outlet’s overall food quality. Support leadership coverage in their absence while maintaining Caesars Entertainment standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sr. Chef Tournant and Chef de Cuisine with day-to-day department running
- Responsible for outlet and overall quality of products produced
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, daily memorandums, health and safety, sanitation, chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP
- Operate and oversee kitchen equipment operations
- Assume responsibilities in the absence of Chef de Cuisine and Senior Chef Tournant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Chef Tournant with 5+ years of cooking experience and at least 1 year in a similar tournant role, operating confidently in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens. They have ServSafe certification, strong HACCP and sanitation compliance, comprehensive knowledge of kitchen equipment operations, and can manage teams while maintaining Caesars Entertainment quality standards.
