About this role
FutureStack AI is seeking a hands-on Chief Content Officer to own content strategy and execution across all major publication and social channels. The role focuses on daily LinkedIn publishing, regular long-form and newsletter production, lead-gen assets, and end-to-end GTM campaign execution with weekly reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own editorial calendar and brand voice across LinkedIn (primary), X, Reddit, and Instagram
- Write LinkedIn posts daily and ghostwrite for the founder
- Produce long-form blogs, weekly newsletters, landing-page copy, sales collateral, and lead magnets
- Run end-to-end GTM campaigns including hypothesis, channel mix, creative, measurement, and retro
- Implement publishing automation (Buffer, Make, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot) and report weekly
Technical Overview
The position requires AI-assisted content workflow fluency using Claude and GPT (or equivalent) and building cross-channel publishing automation with Buffer, Make, n8n, Zapier, and HubSpot. Success is measured via content shipped and performance/measurement loops for continuous iteration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level content leader with 3+ years shipping measurable content across LinkedIn (primary) and multiple channels. They combine daily AI-assisted content workflow fluency (Claude, GPT or equivalent) with strong execution on editorial calendars, lead magnets, newsletters, landing pages, and end-to-end GTM campaigns.
