About this role
Executive revenue leader responsible for defining and executing the companywide revenue GTM strategy and overseeing all revenue-generating functions, including new logo sales, account management, demand generation, and sales ops. The CRO will drive scalable, data-driven growth across geographies and ensure alignment with product, marketing, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy
- Own and deliver on bookings, revenue, and pipeline targets across all segments and geographies
- Lead enterprise and mid-market sales teams to consistently acquire new customers
- Refine value propositions and sales motions for utilities, energy, and adjacent sectors
- Build and scale repeatable sales processes for complex deals
Technical Overview
Focus on enterprise SaaS in regulated industries with data-driven forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization; guiding pricing and monetization strategies and cross-functional alignment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic, executive-level revenue leader with 15+ years in revenue, sales, or GTM roles, a track record of scaling enterprise SaaS revenue, and the ability to build high-performing distributed teams across geographies.
