Civil Designer for Kiewit Power Engineering supports 3D modeling, plan production, and drafting efforts to contribute to project success in the Lenexa, KS office.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with 3D modeling and plan production; coordinate with project team for progression updates; review designs for consistency and safety; contribute to knowledge base documents; assist in completion of as-builts using RFIs and ECNs

Technical Overview

Uses MicroStation, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D for 3D modeling and drawing production; collaborates with project team and Lead Designer on design consistency and documentation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level civil designer with 0-2 years of civil design experience, proficient in MicroStation, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D, capable of supporting 3D modeling and plan production.
