About this role
Hybrid role (3 days per week in office) for a Civil or Structural Engineer at Staff, Senior, or Principal level depending on qualifications. The engineer will apply technical standards, develop documentation, and provide project support including field oversight for commissioning and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply engineering technical standards and techniques for complex projects
- Develop technical documentation including designs, testing, calculations, and reports
- Provide technical support for Operations, Maintenance, testing/diagnostics, and Regulatory
- Lead or coordinate project phases including research, design, equipment selection, procurement support, and commissioning
- Provide field engineering oversight for commissioning, testing, and inspections
Technical Overview
Applies engineering principles and techniques to complex design and coordination requirements. Develops technical documentation (designs, testing, calculations, reports, standards) and provides ongoing technical support for Operations, Maintenance, testing/diagnostics, and Regulatory, including commissioning and inspection oversight.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a civil or structural engineer who can apply engineering technical standards to complex design requirements and produce technical documentation including designs, calculations, and reports. They have experience providing field engineering oversight and supporting commissioning, inspections, and project activities across Operations, Maintenance, testing/diagnostics, and Regulatory.
