Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims
- Apply policy and regulatory knowledge to determine coverage, liability, and damages
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence
- Manage work via task-driven queues in a fast-paced call center
- Support customers through personalized, caring interactions
