About this role
Oversees regulatory compliance for third-party administrators handling AIG Claims; monitors state/federal regulatory requirements, ensures TPA partners adhere to licensing, privacy, and claims regulations; liaises with internal teams and supports regulatory filings and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting claims handling and TPA activities
- Ensure TPA partner compliance (licensing, privacy, fair claims)
- Prepare responses to DOI inquiries and regulatory filings
- Liaise between Claims, Compliance, Legal, and TPA partners
- Support regulatory audits and fines compliance
Technical Overview
Regulatory compliance focus with data handling and documentation; main toolset includes MS Office suite for reporting and correspondence; interactions with regulatory bodies and TPAs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level compliance professional with demonstrated experience overseeing regulatory matters for TPAs in NAM, strong MS Excel skills, and a background in insurance/financial services.
