About this role
Manage and grow a portfolio of cleanroom key accounts with a focus on renewals, margins, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with internal teams, and drive sales across multiple Vestis Market Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with cleanroom customers
- Manage renewal process and renewal plans
- Provide contract and performance reports
- Conduct pricing research and secure competitive pricing
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing
Technical Overview
CRM usage (Salesforce.com), MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
