Client Accounting Associate provides remote bookkeeping and accounting services for multiple clients, performing monthly close, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries, and financial reporting using QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities

Perform monthly accounting and bookkeeping for multiple virtual clients
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
