About this role
This role acts as a Client Communications Business Analyst supporting the Business Technology Solutions team within Retail Solutions. The analyst gathers and documents detailed requirements/user stories, creates mock-ups for technical teams, and performs User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document detailed requirements and/or user stories and create mock-ups
- Evaluate existing processes and develop efficient solutions
- Perform User Acceptance Testing where required
- Facilitate requirements communication, manage expectations, and support responsive customer communication
- Provide technical research and production support including ad-hoc mailings via letters/approvals/timing coordination
Technical Overview
You will support delivery using an adaptive approach that utilizes both agile and waterfall methodologies. The technical scope includes writing requirements, assisting with UAT scripts/testing, supporting production issues, and serving as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a business analyst with at least 4 years of experience analyzing and documenting business/functional requirements and validating solutions. They have strong requirements-to-delivery communication skills, are comfortable performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and can act as a liaison between technical and business teams; a financial services/annuities background is a plus.
