As a Client Engineer at Jamf, you own the Customer Experience for select strategic customers by serving as primary technical point of contact. You drive successful deployments of RapidIdentity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, maintain customer relationships in complex environments, and advocate for product and resolution needs across the organization.

This role centers on RapidIdentity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation and adoption, including architecture/design consultation for large education environments. You lead project planning, build and maintain reference environments, support integration with external systems, and coordinate cross-departmental communication to drive issues and feature requests to resolution.

The ideal candidate is a Client Engineer focused on customer success, who can drive successful deployments of RapidIdentity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for strategic customers. They are comfortable leading project plans, building reference environments, advising on architecture/design (especially for large education environments), and coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues and advocate internally.
