Position Details
About this role
Own the day-to-day onboarding operations for new properties entering Evernest’s portfolio, with a primary focus on owner satisfaction. You will coordinate across multiple internal teams, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain accuracy through documentation, compliance tasks, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with new clients throughout onboarding, Meet client SLAs for inspections, renovations, and marketing, Collect and upload documentation and complete compliance tasks, Audit platforms and verify owner statement accuracy, Escalate concerns to the Director of Onboarding
Technical Overview
This is primarily an operations and customer onboarding role with light tooling exposure limited to auditing third-party and proprietary platforms for accurate, up-to-date information. No specific software systems (like Jira/CRM) are explicitly named.
