This role is responsible for helping Morgan Stanley clients by supporting day-to-day requests, onboarding and maintaining client accounts, and handling money movement transactions and account alerts. The Client Service Associate also assists Financial Advisors with business planning support, administrative duties, and maintaining marketing/event materials.

  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships and process client requests

  • Process money movement transactions and manage client account alerts
  • Partner with Financial Advisors on client service model support and business planning
  • Maintain marketing materials, coordinate client events/seminars, and perform advisor administrative duties

The technical scope centers on client operations within wealth management workflows, including client authorization/authentication, digital service offerings (Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile), money movement processing, and account alert handling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required for reporting and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level client service professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting client requests, onboarding, and account maintenance. They are comfortable working with digital client platforms like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile and are willing to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) to support ongoing responsibilities with Financial Advisors.
