About this role
Client Services Representative handles remote communications with commercial/industrial clients, manages service requests, creates work orders, and coordinates pricing from haulers. The role begins with at-home training before transitioning to remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives service requests via phone or email and creates work orders
- Schedules service with vendors and confirms completion
- Coordinates with Sourcing Group for hauler pricing
- Troubleshoots customer issues
- Coordinates with A/P and A/R to ensure billing
Technical Overview
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics; CRM systems and billing processes are core; strong communication and problem-solving in a remote service environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer service-focused professional with basic sales exposure, MS Office and CRM experience, and an interest in environmental sustainability. Must be able to work remotely within state-restricted regions and support billing and service coordination.
