About this role
The Client Services Specialist provides customer support to agents, insureds, claimants, and others by directing inquiries, handling daily workflow transactions, and supporting underwriting submission processes. The role also processes loss run requests and updates customer address and contact information in company systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to agents, insureds, claimants, and others;Support underwriting submission steps including indexing and preparing resource documents;Update customer address and contact information in various systems;Process written loss run requests for copies of policy loss runs;Handle daily workflow transactions including misdirected/returned emails and basic correspondence
