Key Responsibilities
- New client onboarding (conflict checks, engagement letters, setup)
- New attorney onboarding (email, Teams, HR systems)
- Billing and invoicing support
- Website updates
- Insurance renewals — coordination and admin
- Vendor management
- Calendar management and meeting logistics
- Weekly company-wide call prep and support
