About this role
Provide administrative, operational, and delivery support to Comscore’s Client Success organization for commercial accounts. Assist with reporting workflows, data QA, scheduling, and internal tracking while learning Comscore tools and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Track client deliverables and deadlines
- Assist with client report delivery and data QA
- Run recurring/ad-hoc reports and coordinate with internal teams
- Manage meeting scheduling with agendas, recaps, and action items
Technical Overview
This is a client success operations role focused on reporting workflows and data QA. Work includes recurring and ad-hoc report support, accuracy/format/completeness review, and maintaining internal deliverables and communication trackers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level professional (0–2 years) who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. They can support client deliverables and reporting workflows by performing data QA, assisting with report delivery, and maintaining internal trackers using spreadsheets and project management systems.
