About this role
Lead strategic growth and maintain the commercial health of key Adobe enterprise accounts. Own renewals and upsells, drive retention and organic expansion, and provide executive reporting that translates technical outcomes into business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bridge gap to North Star goals for upsell and cross-sell of the Adobe stack
- Partner on strategic roadmap governance with Product/Transformation Leads
- Create client roadmaps, business reviews, and pitch decks that tie value to business objectives
- Close high-stakes renewals and lead complex pricing negotiations
- Aggregate portfolio intelligence and provide executive reporting on revenue trends, churn risks, and expansion velocity
