The Client Success Manager owns the client journey to compliance from onboarding through project execution. This role coordinates meetings, manages project tracking in Monday.com and a GRC platform, and delivers risk/compliance deliverables and quarterly progress updates.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and partners and manage onboarding and project phases
  • Coordinate and lead regular client meetings with agendas and after-meeting action item reports
  • Manage client project boards and document progress using Monday.com and the GRC management platform
  • Utilize tools to create and deliver risk assessment results, collect compliance evidence, and produce project plans
  • Provide quarterly updates and perform ongoing audits to ensure accurate pricing and manage scope/service changes

The ideal candidate is a customer success professional with at least 2 years of client services/customer service experience and 3+ years total experience, including 1+ year in project management. They are comfortable running client meetings, maintaining project boards and action items, and using Monday.com and a GRC management platform to produce compliance-related deliverables and risk assessment results.
