Client Success Manager responsible for post-sale client relationships, deployment, training, and ongoing support for public safety agencies, with remote work and Canada residency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage long-term client relationships across North America
Coordinate with Deployment team to set up customer accounts
Lead training sessions for Chiefs and staff
Prioritize customer requests and enhancements with Product Management
Drive adoption and overall engagement

Technical exposure to software platforms in public safety, deployment coordination, and customer training; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a client success leader with +5 years in public safety software, capable of managing deployment and training for public safety agencies, driving adoption, retention, and higher ARR while coordinating with Product and Deployment teams.

Must-Have Skills
