Client Success Manager responsible for post-sale client relationships, deployment, training, and ongoing support for public safety agencies, with remote work and Canada residency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long-term client relationships across North America
- Coordinate with Deployment team to set up customer accounts
- Lead training sessions for Chiefs and staff
- Prioritize customer requests and enhancements with Product Management
- Drive adoption and overall engagement

Technical exposure to software platforms in public safety, deployment coordination, and customer training; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a client success leader with +5 years in public safety software, capable of managing deployment and training for public safety agencies, driving adoption, retention, and higher ARR while coordinating with Product and Deployment teams.
