About this role
Own the post-sale experience for a proptech software suite, taking newly signed real estate brokerages from signed contract through onboarding, training, go-live, and early adoption. You will coordinate internally and act as the single point of contact to ensure every client launches successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sale client onboarding through go-live and early adoption
- Set up client accounts in the CRM correctly
- Coordinate implementation tickets with engineering
- Run onboarding calls and train clients on products
- Ensure cross-functional alignment so launches donβt stall
Technical Overview
This is a customer success/onboarding role focused on coordinating CRM account setup and engineering implementation tickets, collecting payment information before provisioning, and training clients on multiple SaaS products.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level customer success professional who is highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple client onboarding and go-live launches at once. They will act as a single point of contact, coordinate with engineering on implementation tickets, and train clients on software to ensure successful early adoption. Prior support, account coordination, or client services experience (especially in SaaS or real estate/proptech) is a plus.
