About this role
This is a full-time Client Support Specialist role within ICE Data Analytics, supporting clients using Fixed Income Analytics platforms. The position focuses on accurate customer processing, troubleshooting, and client query resolution via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-specific processing and support
- Troubleshoot fixed income analytics platforms
- Assist with implementation and set up of new accounts
- Perform security modeling, training and support
- Analyze and respond to client queries via phone, email and chat
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes understanding system workflow processes, troubleshooting fixed income desktop products, and performing security modeling/training support as needed. The role also requires strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret theoretical/mathematical calculations and generate reports.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an early-career support professional with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics or Computer Science) and strong communication skills. They can analyze and interpret quantitative calculations, troubleshoot fixed income analytics products, and respond to client questions via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and professionalism.
