About this role
Clinical Pharmacist (Advanced Analytics) uses clinical pharmacy expertise and advanced analytics to identify cost savings and improve care quality using healthcare claims and eligibility data. The role builds and maintains automated data pipelines and analytics visualizations, presenting insights to clinical and leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify cost savings opportunities using guidelines, literature, utilization patterns, and site of care
- Analyze clinical and financial opportunities using Python and SQL
- Extend automated data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Work with analytics engineers to build scalable automated analytics solutions
- Build Power BI outputs and communicate insights to stakeholders
Technical Overview
This position applies Python and SQL to explore, analyze, and validate large healthcare datasets and extend automated data pipelines for scalable analytics workflows. It also creates analytical outputs and visualizations using Power BI and may use modern platforms such as Snowflake and cloud-based analytics environments.
