About this role
Field-based Clinical Specialist for Joint Replacement supporting surgeons with Stryker Mako robotic-arm assisted surgery. The role focuses on training, CT-based planning support, implant case preparation, documentation, and on-call customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Train surgeons and OR staff on robotic arm applications
- Assist with pre-operative CT scans and implant planning, sizing, and positioning
- Shadow and support daily account coordination, manage inventory and total case preparation
- Maintain and control locally consigned equipment, instruments, implant, and disposables inventories
- Provide prompt complaint reports and troubleshoot product problems
Technical Overview
Supports Mako robot workflows including robotic arm applications and pre-operative CT scan software for implant planning, sizing, and positioning. Handles technical issues in the operating room, manages case preparation logistics and locally consigned inventory, and documents support activities and complaint reports using quality system processes, plus administrative work with ERP software and Office Suite.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a clinically experienced healthcare professional with a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and strong technical aptitude in operating room support. They have hands-on experience supporting orthopedic procedures, using CT-based planning concepts, and managing implant case preparation while maintaining accurate documentation and complaint reporting.
