Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic joint replacement surgeries in the field. The role assists surgeons with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows for both robotic and manual procedures, including on-call coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures
  • Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning
  • Support full case preparation including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness
  • Troubleshoot technical issues confidently and efficiently in the operating room
  • Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays

The work focuses on hands-on support for Mako SmartRobotics(TM) technology, including CT-based planning, implant sizing, and registration, plus intra-operative workflows. It also requires mastery of manual orthopedic procedures, instrumentation, and OR protocols, along with technical troubleshooting during live cases.
